Hello, I'm Kristina.
I am a remote-based independent consultant for international humanitarian organizations and UN agencies, with experience in information management, spatial analysis, communicating findings, and results dissemination. I am particularly interested in the aforementioned areas within the context of refugee or forced displacement scenarios and global health systems.
My multi-disciplinary background has enabled me to develop a holistic perspective of cross-cutting challenges affecting the humanitarian, development, and academic realms. My specific geographic regions of interest include south and southeast Asia (Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Thailand) and eastern Europe (Belarus, Russia, Ukraine).
I hold a Master of International Health from the University of Copenhagen and a Certificate of Applied Geographic Information Science (GIS) from the University of Utah.
You can often find me stretched out on my yoga mat or curled up in a (plane/train) window seat.
